Different models of doing sport in the large towns – ideas and advices

Now our cities are more and more polluted, but surprisingly there are people who are trying to reverse this tendency. A large numeber of them use bicycles for the city movement.

There are a large number of groups of bikes; for travelling in the metropoly the most popular is a simple city bicycle which takes us from one place to another, nevertheless there are more definited bikes. Everything depends on what purpose we need a bicycle is it for movement, activity or sport (or for example extreme sport). Custom single speed bikes are more adequate for long distances and for the city we have got city bicycles (mens city bike and town bicycle for femals – they are not the same in construction which is related with the human figure). Mens city bike is more dynamic (men are usually stronger than women and the female model is more handy (it allows to ride with your dorsum place straighter than in mens city bike). Now a good bike is a very expensive device, so it is reasonable to consult this issue with more experienced person. If we don’t have a large place to keep our bicycle we can rent one. In many towns there are bikes for rent, you may ride on it as long as you need and then pay for it (naturally you need to register in the first place in the city base). If you don’t admire bikes you can walk or begin to do nordic walking, it is a form of walking with 2 sticks, that sort of exercise is cheap and you don’t have to be be in a good form to start doing it. It is a fantastic sport for all human beings with problems with their backbone, nevertheless it is worth to know that in the nordic walking we should place sticks in the proper way to havr got a right posture while walking. It is a great thing to take one or two advices before we started to do this sport.

Every form of physical activity is great for our shape. It is an outstansding thing to do some outdoor sport, meet with the other people with whom we may share our passions and just be happy.
